ORDERING INFORMATION


How do I order an announcement?
First you'll want to visit one of our Design gallerys. From there you'll choose the design you like. When you click on the "Order Now" button it will automatically bring you to our custom order page. Here you will fill in the blanks, Upload your photos and submit your order to us. If you have trouble uploading your photos simply email us your pictures. Our email address is: customerservice@mybabyimpressions.com
Once we recieve your order and pictures,My Baby Impressions will send you a PAYPAL invoice for the total cost of the announcements. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and is a secure site! If you choose to send us a check by mail, your check must clear before we begin working on your announcement.

How much do your designs cost?
5x7 Photo Card announcements are $1.49 each including envelopes
5x7 Folded Cardstock announcements are $2.49 each including envelopes
3.8x5 Thank you notes are $1.89 each including envelopes with an announcement order
3.8x5 Thank you notes alone are $2.15 each including envelopes

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Personal Check by mail. (Please note: Personal Checks must clear before we begin processing your order.)

I live outside of the United States can I still order?
Yes! Although our shipping cost is for the United States ONLY. If you live outside the US and would like to order, please contact us at customerservice@mybabyimpressions.com and we will work something out for you!

Will I recieve an E-proof?
Yes. Our E-proof will let you approve your card before it is printed. If there are any changes you need to make we can take care of it from there!

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
We will send you an E-proof within 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) Once your E-proof is approved it will immediately be sent for printing.We work with multiple photo labs accross the USA to ensure fast delivery no matter where you are. You will recieve your cards within 7-10 business days from date your cards are printed. You will recieve an e-mail letting you know once your cards have been printed.

What size are your announcements?
We offer 5x7 photo paper, 5x7 folded cardstock announcements and 3.85 Thank You notes.




DESIGN AND PHOTO QUESTIONS


Do my pictures need to be a certain size?
We prefer to use unedited photos straight from your digital camera or scanner. They do not need to be a certain size, however they should be a high resolution image. Some designs incorperate many photos and lower resolution photos may work although we don't recommend them. If you are not sure about any of your photos, send them to us and we will let you know if they will work

Can you convert my photos to black and white?
Yes, we offer black and white, sepia and remniscent color changes at no extra charge!

Can I use professional or studio photos?
We will use any photo you like as long as you have the written consent of the photographer who took the photos for copyright reasons.

Do your designs work for twins or multiples?
All our designs are custom made just for you! Twins and multiples can be easily incorperated into any design!

I'm not sure which photos will look best, can I send extras?
Yes! We prefer you send at least one extra picture over the amount in the design. Although if that isn't possible we will work with you.




RECEIVING YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS


What is a photo paper announcement?
Photo Paper cards are real 5x7 photographs. They are printed in a photo lab on Fuji Crystal archive paper. You can choose either a Matte or Glossy finish. These cards are very high quality and will last a lifetime.

What is a Folded Cardstock announcement?
Folded card stock announcements are also sized at 5x7, and are printed with a real printing press onto 100# card stock.You may choose either a Matte or glossy finish as well.

Do envelopes come with my announcements?
Yes. Envelopes for the Photo paper announcements should arrive a few days prior to recieving your cards
Envelopes for Folded Cardstock announcements and Thank You notes are mailed out with the printed cards.

What do you charge for Shipping?
There is a flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 for all orders.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction. If we made a mistake with your printed cards, simply return them for a reprinting or a full refund.

Will I need extra postage when I mail out my announcements?
No. First class stamps are all you need.

Can I reorder photo birth announcements after my initial order?
My Baby Impressions will keep your design on file for at least 6 months. You can reorder at any time at the original price per announcement. Just send an email to Customerservice@mybabyimpressions.com




DESIGN ONLY QUESTIONS


What is the Design only option for?
We offer all of our designs to you excluding the printing process. You will recieve a high resolution JPG image of your announcement, which you can then print at home or have printed at a local photo lab.

How much does your design only option cost?
We charge $19.95 for this service. You get the same high quality announcement for about half the price of our competitors!

Where can I get envelopes to mail these?
We offer envelopes for a small additional charge plus shipping.
